Suzan Kearns, PCAM
President
As President, Suzan is ultimately responsible for everything that affects your association. Her primary role is to lead the team to assure our communities maintain, enhance, protect and preserve the assets of the associations we have the privilege of managing. Suzan manages the team using best practices to provide exceptional customer service and guidance to foster a strong sense of community amongst our associations.
Suzan joined Premier in 2021 after working for several national management companies, both as President of the Central Florida operations of a national company and as Community Manager of a world-renowned large-scale community for a different national company that specializes in master planned communities.
Suzan maintains her Community Association Management (CAM) license in Florida and has the national designations of CMCA, AMS and PCAM through the industry’s educational arm, Community Associations Institute (CAI). Suzan served on the Board of Directors for CAI from 2013 to 2019 and is currently on the Advisory Board of CAM University.

Anita Roberts, CMCA, AMS
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
As Vice President of Operations, Anita is responsible to provide oversight, guidance, education, and training for Premier’s licensed managers. Anita specializes in the management of condominiums, commercial properties and homeowner associations and trains the managers utilizing quality control of the Premier standards and overseeing the managers to assure they are followed. She also mentors’ young managers to help them reach their potential. Along with her supervision, she monitors the relationship between Premier and the communities we are privileged to manage.
Anita joined Premier in 2010 and began managing Premier’s largest accounts after working in the industry as a portfolio manager for many years. Prior to becoming a Community Association Manager, Anita was introduced to board and board procedures by serving on various PTA Boards (Parent Teacher Association) in Seminole County and on the Board of Directors for her community. Motivated by her board knowledge gained from serving on the Boards, Anita obtained her Community Association license in 1998 and began managing accounts.
Anita maintains her Community Association Management (CAM) license in Florida and has the national designations of CMCA and AMS through the industry’s educational arm, Community Associations Institute (CAI). Anita also serves on the Advisory Board for COnnect, an educational organization for industry professionals.
Amy Rezendes, CMCA, AMS
VICE PRESIDENT OF ACCOUNTING
As Vice President of Accounting, Amy is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, billing, receivables, collections and payables for our clients we have the privilege of managing. Amy supervises a team of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections and General Ledger accountants and personally prepares the financials for new communities and those communities with particularly complex accounting needs. Her primary role is to lead the accounting team to assure our communities financial statements are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
Amy joined Premier in 2019 after working for management companies leading the accounting teams.
Amy maintains her Community Association Management (CAM) license in Florida and has the national designations of CMCA and AMS through the industry’s educational arm, Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Eva Herret, CAM
OFFICE MANAGER
As Office Manager, Eva is responsible for overseeing corporate accounting, technology implementation, training and process improvement with the administrative team. Along with her oversight, she also mentors’ our young administrative talent coaching them on career paths in the industry by providing reliable support and contributing to the overall growth of our team and community. Specializing in implementing effective organizational systems, optimizing workflow procedures, maintaining a professional, welcoming office atmosphere, and fostering a positive team working environment.
Being in the industry with Premier since 2014. Eva joined the team in our accounting department, obtained her Community Association Management (CAM) license and then moved to office management. Eva brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and day-to-day operations.
Eva continues to maintain her Community Association Management (CAM) license in Florida.
Stacey Loureiro, CMCA, AMS
Senior Manager - Education, Technology and Marketing
As a Senior Manager, Stacey oversees a portfolio of community associations as well as our Information Technology (IT), Community Websites, Digital Media and Community Manager Education on topics to increase their industry knowledge. Stacey is a result driven professional with a focus on problem solving.
Stacey earned her Community Association Management (CAM) license in 2012 and joined Premier in 2014. She has successfully worked on-site and as a portfolio manager with Premier.
Stacey maintains her Community Association Management (CAM) license in Florida and has the national designations of CMCA and AMS through the industry’s educational arm, Community Associations Institute (CAI). Stacey currently serves on the local Board of Directors for CAI and sits on many committees.
Anna Polozola, CAM
Senior Manager - Business Development / Transition Coordinator
As a Senior Manager, Anna oversees a portfolio of community associations as well as business development and transitions of communities into the company. Anna is a result driven professional that is extremely organized and dedicated.
Anna joined Premier in 2021 as a community association manager. She quickly took charge of her portfolio and looked to advance within the company. As opportunities arose, Anna took on the challenge of transitioning accounts in and out of Premier and most recently took on Business Development in Seminole, Orange, and neighboring counties. Anna came to us with both on-site and portfolio experience and has 15+ years of experience in the industry.
Anna maintains her Community Association Management (CAM) license in Florida and is a member of CAI, Community Associations Institute, the industry’s educational arm.
